Arquivar uses reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under Arquivar’s control. In addition, internal guidelines and training policies are established for Arquivar’s employees, in utter compliance with this Privacy Statement.

Furthermore, due to storage security, Arquivar has employees specialized in providing IT services to provide advice, consultancy, control of the flow of incoming and outgoing information, including the detection, and protection against the intrusion of malicious software. Arquivar also has a developed management system, which aims to guarantee the continuity of services in contingency scenarios, by relying on firewalls, software architecture with data copying, restoration, and recovery (backup and restore) and invasion prevention.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
